Whispia sends personalized magical character messages via SMS to parents and guardians on behalf of their children.

How We Collect SMS Consent

SMS consent is collected separately from our Terms of Service. When creating a Whispia account, users are presented with a dedicated SMS consent checkbox that is unchecked by default. Users must actively check this box to opt in to SMS messages. Providing an email address or agreeing to our Terms of Service does not constitute SMS consent.

The opt-in checkbox reads:

"I agree to receive SMS messages from Whispia including magical character messages and service updates. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time."

What Messages We Send

Whispia sends the following types of SMS messages: personalized magical character messages requested by the parent, order confirmations, and service updates. We do not send unsolicited marketing messages.

How to Opt Out
